She advises organizations to select and develop executives for key strategic roles with advice for individuals and managers, contributing to successful execution and delivery of results.
Ms. Byrne works closely with CEOs and executives to create high performing leadership teams, resulting in improved stakeholder feedback and results. She works to build capability in client organizations and conducts training and accreditation workshops, partnering with clients on an ongoing basis to enable their organizations to support their leaders.
Ms. Byrne is an expert in leadership transformation, working with a diverse group of clients to identify and develop leadership capability. She has a clear understanding of the characteristics leaders require in order to deliver while in demanding business roles.
Ms. Byrne focuses on potential for growth and development given individual capability. She works extensively in the executive assessment and leadership development area. On an ongoing basis, Ms. Byrne advises Korn Ferry consultants on best practices for assessment and development for their clients, as well as guidelines for design and delivery of leadership transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Byrne was an assistant professor at New York University. She holds a doctorate in management and organizational analysis from New York University, a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University (NY), and a bachelor's degree in management and labor relations from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
