Mr. Bignell has a successful track record in leading many strategy alignment and business transformation initiatives across multiple organisations and industries. He is passionate about delivering meaningful and sustainable results for clients through trusted and honest relationships.

Before joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Mr. Bignell worked for a global advisory firm where he led the people and organisation change practice for Australasia. Prior to moving to Australia he spent 12 years in Europe where he worked across a range of projects including post merger integration, cultural transformations and productivity improvement programs.

His experience is very diverse, in terms of industry covering financial services, FMCG, oil & gas, utilities, healthcare, and public sector, and geography covering EMEA, Africa, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions.

Mr. Bignell holds a BSc in Psychology from Canterbury University.
