Graham is a strategic advisor to leaders and their teams on issues of organisational strategy, enterprise leadership, culture and change.
He is a consulting leader who established Korn Ferry's business with the UK Government and oversaw all their work with the 400,000 strong Civil Service, working at the forefront of public policy. He also works extensively in the technology and professional services sector and has held a number of Practice Leadership roles.
His work with clients is typically at the top of the house, overseeing programmes that formulate new business strategies, clarify existing ones, intervene in culture and reorganising whole businesses to improve performance and reduce costs.
His leadership of such programmes has been independently recognised with a consulting industry award.
Increasingly Graham's consulting focuses on individual work with senior leaders and their teams, blending science and art; science derived from diagnostics, data and analytics, and art through thoughtful questioning, challenge and listening.
He has coached a significant number of high-profile leaders and their teams in Government, FTSE 100 companies and fast growth firms.
Graham is accredited in all KF diagnostics, CEO Succession, top team performance methodology and is a trained coach.
He is a Fellow of the RSA, holds an MBA from the University of Bath, attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and has a BEng (hons) from Newcastle University. He has served as the Vice-Chair of Governors at a school and also as CEO of a not for profit.
