Throughout his 25+ year career, Mr. Robinson has been a Trusted Advisor to senior leaders of both public institutions and global Fortune 500 companies, across all major industries, on a broad range of large scale, complex, multi-faceted transformation and international growth efforts.

As a Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Consumer Advisory practice, Gregory leverages this diverse experience to lead the design and delivery of future-ready solutions that operationalize his clients’ strategic objectives. Gregory is also widely sought after as a Change Management leader that drives cross-functional alignment and early adoption at all levels of seniority, throughout all phases of an engagement. His human-centric approach ensures the efficacy and sustainability of outcomes across all dimensions of major change–people, process, product, and technology. Representative clients include Wal-Mart, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Home Depot, MGM, Federated Department Stores, GE, Johnson & Johnson, AECOM, Johnson Controls, City of Atlanta, National Park Service, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Prior to joining the firm, Gregory was Associate Vice President–Supply Chain, and US Lead–Change Management at Genpact, where he owned marquee consumer, retail, and industrial accounts from pre-sales through delivery of major IT, business, product, supply chain, organizational, and culture transformation initiatives. He also managed globally dispersed, cross-functional, hybrid execution teams to on-time/on-budget delivery and served as a Change Management SME.

Gregory began his consulting career as a Business Architect in the Supply Chain, Consumer, and Retail organizations at Kurt Salmon Associates and Accenture, where he specialized in designing future-ready target operating models, organizational structures, and functional specifications to optimize enterprise technology implementations.

Gregory holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Morehouse College and Prosci ADKAR Change Management practitioner certification. He is based in Atlanta, GA where he has served as a Technical Advisor to the National Urban League since 2016.
