Mr. Smith has partnered with senior executives and has marketed and delivered a full range of programs and services to clients in all of these areas. Mr. Smith has presented and lectured on these topics and helps clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive superior performance. Previously, Mr. Smith consistently exceeded sales performance standards at Xerox Corporation, AT&T, Dun & Bradstreet, and a global career management firm, while managing major, national, and global accounts. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Seton Hall University and holds over 75 Business Training Certifications. Mr. Smith has also authored and co-authored 12 books and lectures on a variety of business, motivational and social topics.
