Head of Advisory Sales for Korn Ferry in Paris, Guillemette leads a Sales teams and major projects for her clients.

Guillemette works on several HR practices such as diagnostics (cash & benefits) and HR training courses on compensation topics. She is also coordinator and project manager on Talent Management topics and engagement surveys.

Guillemette manages a portfolio of several industrial companies, including 9 SBF120 companies. Her role is to identify clients needs, define the appropriate solution and team and to be the single point of contact for the customer and she ensures the project moves forward to meet the customer's objectives.

Project management: project's upfront set up, briefing of internal and external stakeholders, management of time and of resources, regular monitoring points internally and externally, results' analysis, presentation of final results.

Coordination of the KF employees' network : as Global Account Manager for SBF120 accounts, coordination of local and international consultants working for these clients.

Compensation : diagnosis, recommendations, HR trainings.

Guillemette Gaullier has been consultant for Korn Ferry for 7 years. Previously, she held several positions in HR departments (Trainings, HR Audits, etc.).

Guillemette is graduated from the Essec. She has been accredited to several Korn Ferry tools in Rewards and Talent Management.
