Gurprriet is a graduate of Kanpur University and holds several professional certifications. Gurprriet Siingh has an eclectic profile, having been an entrepreneur, a consultant and a senior executive in large corporates. After having begun life as an entrepreneur at the age of 21, he moved to Organizational Consulting in the year 2000 and after a successful stint as a consultant, decided to widen his abilities as an in-company change agent. His last 2 corporate roles have been as Group Head - Organizational Development for the Welspun Group and the RPG Group, two large Indian Conglomerates with diversified businesses. In the last 5 years, he has turned around and established YSC (a London HQ'd consulting firm) in India. As country head, he was responsible for revenue, profitability, client acquisition and performance. During his tenure he 3X'd the revenue of YSC, took it from loss-making to the second most profitable YSC office in the world and built a team that continues to grow the business after he has moved on.
