From pay competitiveness to legislative compliance, Hanneri helps clients through delivery of market pricing reviews, salary structure/incentive design, job analysis and evaluation, pay equity, and total rewards strategies.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Hanneri worked in various rewards roles in the private sector.
Hanneri has a masters degree in tax from the University of Cape Town.
