He leads Korn Ferry's Products business for the Middle East and Africa regions with a responsibility to address the key business challenges of over 2500 organisations across 27+ countries.
Mr.Bhatia has worked closely with organisations in the region to develop the largest and most sophisticated reward research which is delivered through our compensation & benefits portal, the PayHub.
Mr. Bhatia also leads the region's Assessments practice and has delivered assessment solutions to organisations' through an all encompassing platform that leverages the firm's talent management IP and industry leading solutions.
He believes in delivering holistic solutions to clients which help them attract, manage, retain, develop and reward their people.
Mr. Bhatia has been with the firm for over 10 years and has extensive experience in advising large organisations and government entities on their reward policies. He has also led several large scale engagements where organisations have reviewed and revised their talent acquisition & talent management strategies in partnership with Korn Ferry.
Over the past 10 years, he has worked with several central and local government organisations in the region. With a robust understanding of public sector reward & talent management practices, he advises organisations on future trends with a view to help them stay one step ahead of change.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Bhatia worked for one of the big 4 consulting firms as a functional consultant leading Business Process redesign projects. Prior to a career in consulting, he worked in inventory management & financial control roles at a retail organisation in USA. Harish graduated from The Fisher School of Business with a degree in operations research. He is a certified psychometric assessment practitioner and also a certified Green Belt on Six Sigma practices of Lean Management.
