Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Setianingrum was with Mercer Indonesia, assisting clients in the field of HR strategy as alignment with business strategy.
Before Mercer Indonesia, Ms. Setianingrum was a Senior Advisor at PT Telkom Indonesia and worked directly with HR Director, developing strategic HR initiatives in the implementation of Shared Services, Talent Mobility and International Remuneration.
Ms. Setianingrum obtained Magisterial Management, LPPM Management College and Bachelor of Geology, Padjadjaran University.
