As a member of Korn Ferry’s Digital Enterprise Sales team and aligned with the Leadership and Development Solution group at Korn Ferry, Holly Bates is based in the Firm’s Chicago office.

Ms. Bates takes an agnostic approach to solving client problems by working closely with Subject Matter Experts and Consultants aligned with delivering the best solution for the client. She is responsible for cultivating long-term client relationships at senior and c-suite levels and earning a “trusted partner” status with Korn Ferry clients.  

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms Bates served as Executive Lead of Growth and Development for a mid-sized management consulting firm. With a primary focus on Change and Transformation, she led client engagements, in collaboration with advisory teams, to leverage the firm’s full line of capabilities ranging from strategy through delivery. 

Prior to that, Ms. Bates spent 15 years as Vice President of Business Development for Cydcor; the world’s leading provider of outsourced sales solutions. There, she led teams throughout North America to partner with Sales Leaders in Fortune 500 organizations and their internal teams, in order to accelerate their existing sales results.

Throughout her career she has partnered with clients in Fortune 500 companies throughout multiple industries including: Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Energy, Cable and Healthcare.

Possessing a broad working knowledge of Korn Ferry’s core solutions that serve the entire HR Solution group, Ms. Bates has deep expertise in the Talent Management Space that focuses on Leadership Development. This includes the Korn Ferry digital application suite for Assessments, Leadership & Professional Development and Sales Enablement.

Ms. Bates is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with BA in Business Marketing and a Concentration in Psychology.

She is Certified Project Manager with PMI Institute and Certified in Korn Ferry’s proprietary tools: KFLA™, Miller Heiman Methodology and Skills Curriculum (Strategic and Conceptual Selling with Perspective, LAMP, SPIN Selling Conversations, Professional Selling Skills, Executive Impact).
