Jack is an Associate Client Partner and located in Korn Ferry’s Chicago office. He has 20 years of human resources consulting experience, with the past 15 years focusing on executive pay and corporate governance.
Jack helps clients understand the competitiveness of their executive and board pay structures, design incentive plans that deliver on the company’s strategic priorities and administer the pay programs throughout the annual board governance cycle.
His experience has spanned a wide array of businesses and industries. His recent experience has included both private and publicly-traded companies, including assisting companies through the IPO process and designing incentive plans to align with complex transactional needs.
Jack has been a recent speaker on executive compensation, has lead webcasts related to global pay and transaction-related programs, and has authored papers on various topics.
Jack received his bachelors of business administration degree in finance from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jack was a partner and region leader for a leading global advisory firm.
