Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Gillespie led the leadership consulting practice for Hewitt Associates in Australia between 2004 to 2008, and most recently in Southeast Asia and partnered with sanofi aventis, IAG, Westpac, Optus, Vodafone, Worley Parsons, Axiata (formally TMI), Biotech, Molnlycke, Unisys, Goodman Fielder, DLA Phillips Fox, and Aristocrat.
Prior to consulting, she spent over fifteen years working in senior HR roles in corporate Australia and Asia.
She focuses on the impact of leadership on engagement and business performance, top team effectiveness, leadership capability development, and talent management strategies.
She has worked across a range of industries including retail, transport, banking, and FMCG.
Her experience includes strategic human resource roles as well as managing human resource teams within the business. She has also held positions in organizational development, human resource policy, diversity, training, and management development.
Ms. Gillespie holds a bachelor of arts degree, master's degree in management and a diploma in education from the Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University, where she won the AHRI Prize for studies in human resource management. She is currently a member of the adjunct faculty on the executive MBA program at the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of Sydney and is accredited in a range of instruments including the Human Synergistic tools LSI, GSI and LI and Facet 5.
