Jacqueline has 20 years consulting experience specialising in Organisational Development. She has a proven track record collaborating with global organisations, across sectors, to shape and implement people strategies by shifting cultures and mindsets. This work has become critical for success in an increasingly complex, challenging and dynamic landscape.
Her focus is working with senior leaders and executive teams to help gain strategic alignment, getting the best from their people. Her experience includes partnering with MIT and a Global Pharma company to help the top 300 leaders shift mindset to enterprise leadership.
80% of success of organisational transformation lies in shifting human mindset; Jacqueline is an expert in helping people make this shift. She achieves this with her authentic, pragmatic, and fresh approach. The most common descriptors used to sum up her impact is that she is real; she challenges, is insightful and always acts with integrity to help shape peoples’ lives. Underpinning this approach is a deep interest and passion in helping people understand themselves, their drivers and purpose.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2003, Jacqueline, held international High School leadership positions and set up her own education consultancy in Spain and Australia. She holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde and Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of London. She is on the judging panel of UK Management Consultancy Association. She is a practicing Reiki Master.
