Mr. Lin has more than 10 years of experience in the field of leadership assessment and development. He has worked with dozens of multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, and public sector organizations to help them gain leadership insights for various talent decision purposes, including selection, development, and succession planning. Mr. Lin has extensive experience in the following industries: basic materials, consumer goods and services, hospitality, retail, and technology products and services.
Trained as an industry and organizational psychologist, Mr. Lin can apply his expertise to define competency models and design solutions according to specific client needs. With broad knowledge of assessment methodologies and tools, he can readily adapt various tools and methods to the different organizational realities of his clients. Building on his insight into leadership, Mr. Lin can facilitate individual behavioral change through high impact feedback and coaching and support the organization's leadership and talent development agenda .
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lin worked for a government agency in Shenzhen, China, responsible for screening public servants with assessment tools.
Mr. Lin is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Mr. Lin holds both a doctoral degree and a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of North Texas and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Beijing University.
