Ms. Streitwieser works closely with clients to design and deploy innovative feedback tools to enable leaders to make better decisions. She combines change leadership with strong process and tools to promote organizational growth, create accountability, and achieve results.
Through customized measurement programs, Ms. Streitwieser helps clients understand, manage, and improve employee engagement, enablement, and overall workforce effectiveness. This drives individual and team performance, reduces turnover among high achievers, and enhances customer satisfaction and business performance.
Ms. Streitwieser brings over two decades of consulting and line experience to Korn Ferry. Most recently, she held multiple HR and operations executive roles for a diversified services company, where she led the enterprise employee engagement initiative. Previously, Ms. Streitwieser spent ten years in consulting, including six years as co-founder of a firm focused on organizational transformation.
Her areas of expertise include business strategy, employee engagement, organizational change management, operational improvement, and HR strategy.
Ms. Streitwieser received her master of business administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned Director's List honors. She received her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
