Associate Client Partner, Solution Leader

Jennifer Tasev is an Associate Client Partner & Solution Leader for Total Rewards (TR) and Organization Strategy (OS) based in Toronto, Canada.

Jennifer has the distinct pleasure of leading the North American sales organization for Korn Ferry’s TR and OS Digital solutions.  This team of high-performing sales professionals/leaders partner with our valued Clients and Consulting colleagues to drive business outcomes powered by our best-in-class Digital solutions.  Her team members are located across the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer held a position as Vice-President of Sales for an emerging  healthcare organization.  Previous sales leadership experience in HCM SaaS and Financial Services organizations has proven invaluable to growing the Digital N.A. business into a thriving sales organization.

Her years in sales leadership have resulted in a deep passion for building a results-driven, collaborative culture and delivering excellence to our clients.

Above all else, Jennifer places the highest value on developing talent.  She strives to create a diverse and inclusive work environment that is conducive to both career and personal growth.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Western Ontario in with a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  While her native tongue is English, Jennifer is certified bilingual in French and enjoys the opportunity to flex this linguistic muscle.
