Jo Ann helps our clients design and implement transformational organizational strategies to achieve ESG and Sustainability impact - including the changing landscape of purpose, leadership mindsets, operating models, required skills, culture and governance.

As a behavioral psychologist & sustainable development economist, Jo Ann combines the art, science and technology of behavior change in complex organizations and large systems – for good. She serves as a right-hand, strategic partner and trusted advisor to C-level executives and Boards for Transformational change.

Jo Ann has 20+ years of global experience having lived and worked in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, doing tri-sector Transformational work in Corporates, Public sector and Non-profits/Foundations.

Most recently, Jo Ann led Change Management, Strategy. Transformation & post-Merger Integration for North America’s largest B-Corp, including technology, process and culture transformation solutions.

Jo Ann has over 22 years of Sustainable Development, Transformation, Human Capital and Organizational Effectiveness Consulting, with expertise in C-level and Board Strategy articulation and facilitation, and alignment. She has served clients across many industries, including financial services, private equity, commercial, industrial, utilities, professional services, retail, technology, public sector.

She is passionate about ESG in practice, aligning organizations inside and out to their Purpose, and the changing nature of people-centered organizations and the Future of Work. Jo Ann is an ecosystem builder, former Assistant Resident Representative, UNDP, and former Assistant Professor of International Economic & Political Development, Sustainability.

Jo Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Barnard College, Columbia University, and a Master’s of International Affairs, Sustainable Economic & Political Development, Columbia University School of International & Public Affairs (CU SIPA). She is a certified practitioner of Scenario Planning, Human-centered Design and Prosci Change Management.
