Joaquin Mendez is a Principal for Korn Ferry based in Minneapolis. Mr. Mendez is a leadership development professional with experience in over 70 countries in the areas of leadership training corporate business and human development.

As an executive coach, he integrates his corporate business expertise with his human development background and international skills to spark self-discovery for clients, mindset shifts and skills to unleash authentic leadership. His leadership philosophy is Life Leadership; which means to be intentional in creating a plan to develop one's full potential and to take responsibility for reaching one's highest goals while honoring their values.

While working with Fortune 500 corporations, he has successfully developed new markets domestically and internationally, and collaborated as a specialty staff member of several organizations to foster the culture of personal leadership and cross-cultural understanding. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked with organizations and people from a variety of sectors, including the Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, government entities and private organizations.

Mr. Mendez is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco, and a faculty member of Axialent Conscious Business. Mr. Mendez holds a masters degree in international management from St. Thomas University.
