John Bradbury

John has deep experience of working senior leaders to identify and develop talent to deliver superior business outcomes by aligning HR/OD practice with business objectives.

With over 30 years global experience in the human capital industry John has enabled organisations to deliver better business results by;

  • improving the quality of hire,
  • accelerating the development of high potentials,
  • enhancing leadership bench strength, and
  • effectively utilising new technology and analytics.

John has worked as an internal HR/OD professional, external consultant and business manager.
John has significant experience in the dairy, retail, financial, technology and public sector (including international and national bodies).

He is an expert in;

  • the design and implementation of competency frameworks,
  • use of assessments, and
  • integrating talent management frameworks.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry he led the New Zealand office, and sat on the regional leadership team, of a global psychometric assessment provider.

John has a MA, Human Resources Management (University of Leicester), is a Graduate Member of Institute of Personnel Management (UK) and holds a BA (Hons), History (University of Portsmouth).
