Mr. Vasicek has over ten years of experience within sales, accounts, recruitment, and reward management within the financial and property sectors across South Africa, UK and UAE. His current focus is around fostering relationships and providing account management support in respect to pay and talent related solutions across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Mr. Vasicek is conversant on job evaluation, salary structuring, incentive scheme design, and reward strategy design. Prior to specializing in pay and reward he led the sales and marketing function for a boutique firm of consulting organizational psychologists after spending four years as a recruitment manager working within contingency recruitment and search assignments.
Mr. Vasicek has obtained a certificate in Business administration from Tygerberg College as well as certification in the Labour relations and recruitment principles through the African Professional staffing organisation body (APSO).
He is a member of South African Reward Association (SARA).
