Joshua approaches his work in a very systematic and structured way. However, he also tries to ensure that he remains personable and empathetic when interacting with clients, as he understands that undertaking assessment and feedback can be challenging for many.
He previously worked in assessment for a large State government agency. This included creating and evaluating psychometric tests, administering psychometric assessments, and conducting a wide variety of interviews. I have also engaged in various focus groups, employee surveys, and organizational change projects.
He attained a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology for Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Lee University.
