Ms. Orban brings 20 years of talent management experience to her consulting work with clients.
Prior to joining Korn ferry, Ms. Orban has held both consulting and corporate positions in global organisations working across the entire talent management lifecycle, leading the design and delivery of large-scale global assessment and development projects. She has a broad range of consulting experience with particular interest in success profiling, leadership assessment and development, female leaders’ development executive coaching, succession management, high potential identification and organisational culture development.
Her cross-industry experience includes leading projects and working with executives from global organisations in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitality, leisure and consumer sectors.
Ms. Orban was born in Hungary and has been based in the UK for over 20 years. During her career she worked extensively across the EMEA and North America regions.
She holds a combined Bachelor and Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Debrecen, Hungary and a MSc in Psychological Assessment from Goldsmith, University of London. She is in the process of completing her PhD in Coaching Psychology at the University of Portsmouth.
Ms. Orban is BPS Level A and B certified and is accredited in a range of psychometric instruments and is passionate about their application in both selection and development settings.
When coaching, she takes a holistic approach, incorporating elements of positive psychology to build self-awareness and sustainable leadership behaviours and capabilities.
