Senior Client Partner

Julie Forman is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry’s Montreal office. Ms. Forman is a member of the firm’s Global Industrial, Financial Markets and Marketing practices.

In this capacity, she works with North American clients in ensuring that they have the right talent to deliver on key strategic imperatives such as digital transformation, succession planning and operational readiness. Whether working with internal talent or leading external executive searches, Ms. Forman brings a holistic view and broad toolkit to solve talent challenges in a pragmatic and efficient way.

Her recruitment experience spans an array of board director and executive-level search assignments including CEOs, CFOs and other C-suite leaders as well as Vice Presidents in various functional areas.

Ms. Forman joined the executive search industry following a fifteen-year career with GE where her most recent role was to lead the strategy and marketing function for GE Canada overseeing GE’s growth in Canada across all lines of business.

She previously held roles in origination for GE Capital’s aviation leasing division as well as led GE Capital’s consulting group whose mission was to add value to GE Capital’s industrial customers through the  delivery of mandates ranging from operational efficiency, advisory on finance transformation to change management and succession planning. She started her career as part of GE’s Financial Management Program.

Ms. Forman holds a bachelor of commerce degree from HEC and is a certified six sigma black belt and change management coach.

She is fluent in both English and French.
