Karen has 20 years' experience in the HR, talent, leadership and culture space, both as a consultant and as an in-house practitioner in such companies as DBS Bank, Lebara UK and Schneider Electric.
Her work as an internal talent management leader has included establishing and sustaining high potential and leadership development & assimilation programs, building healthy talent pipelines, and corporate values & culture change efforts.
In her roles with two leading consulting companies prior to joining Korn Ferry, Karen has worked on diverse talent and leadership assessments, competency framework development, C-suite succession planning, culture-shaping and executive search projects (in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East). Her clients include those in financial services, natural resources, technology, education, construction and government-linked sectors.
Karen is a business graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, NZ, specializing in HR. She is accredited in psychometric assessment tools including Hogan, Saville Wave, MBTI and Strengths Profile. Born in Malaysia, Karen has lived in New Zealand, the UK, Italy and Singapore, and leverages her international exposure and cross-cultural understanding to support her clients. Her language skills include English, Malay and Italian.
