She is an experienced business consultant and executive coach; focusing on organizational culture change, top team alignment and operational excellence.
Karina brings a broad range of experience with C-level executives and leadership teams across industries in both the United States and Europe. She has led CEO and Board development work, designed and delivered experiential-learning leadership development programs, and driven human capital post-merger integration efforts. Her experience spans a wide array of industries, including: energy, chemicals, finance, pharma and consumer goods.
Previously she guided change and leadership initiatives in Germany for one of Europe's leading organizational development consultancies
In addition to her consulting experience, Karina has held management positions in advertising, finance, and media in Europe and the United States, including the launch of a multi-national advertising agency branch in Germany.
She has spoken on topics of culture change in organizations and developing a culture of accountability and trust. Her passion is awakening curiosity in her clients.
Karina has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Delaware, graduate studies at Columbia University and the University of Munich, Germany; and an executive program in Mergers and Acquisitions at The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon. She speaks German and English.
