Kathleen's unique perspective comes from her experience in both Talent and Technology. As a sales leader at Salary.com, she worked with HR leaders to develop world-class Compensation practices and Competency solutions with one of the first SaaS platforms.
Seeing the accelerating disruption of technologies like SaaS and mobile on traditional business models, she shifted to the technology advisory space where she has spent the last 10+ years focused on helping C-Level technology and business executives develop, communicate, and execute their Digital Transformation ambitions.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Kathleen was at Gartner, advising a well-known Financial Services firm. Partnering with her clients and internal teams, she built successful business cases for complex advisory solutions. Her clients appreciated her relentless focus on the value proposition from the C-Level perspective, highlighting links between the solution, business outcomes, Board-level priorities and strategic objectives.
Kathleen holds both her Undergraduate degree and MBA from Simmons College with a concentration in Finance.
