Ms. Lemaire works with senior leaders to help them shape their operating models and organization structures and build new organizational capabilities to drive strategy execution. She helps them build strong governance and decision-making senior leadership teams to prioritize investments and resources.
Ms. Lemaire also works with human resource leaders to help them align their organizations, enhance organizational capabilities, and ensure that their HR programs support the strategic direction of the organization. Her breadth and depth of experience in organization effectiveness has helped clients shape and successfully execute broad change efforts.
Ms. Lemaire has more than 30 years of consulting experience with Korn Ferry in the area of organization effectiveness and transformation. She has helped design operating models, shape culture transformation efforts, and redesign performance management systems.
For many years, Ms. Lemaire led the firm's US organization effectiveness practice and was a member of the global organization effectiveness leadership team.
While most of her career was spent in the US, Ms. Lemaire also worked in Venezuela, Brussels and Hong Kong during her Korn Ferry career. She has extensive industry knowledge in financial services and deep expertise in helping global asset managers.
Ms. Lemaire holds a bachelor's of art from Colby College and an masters of business administration from Babson College. She is a frequent speaker and has published extensively in the area of organization effectiveness.
