Katriina Schøier is based in Copenhagen and works across the Industrial Goods, Services and Industrial Technology markets. She also co-leads Korn Ferry’s EMEA Supply Chain & Operations Practice.
Katriina brings more than twenty years of experience as trusted advisor. The first ten years in strategy consulting and the past eleven years in executive search. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she ran her own boutique executive search firm and before that she spent six years with two other global executives search firms.
Katriina has placed more than 120 c-suite executives and NEDs and helped companies set up their executives for success.
Her area of passion is sustainability and circular value chain leadership. In this context, she has assisted many clients in their transformation journeys, helping them with various kinds of talent and leadership advisory.
Katriina Schøier has a M.Sc. degree in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
Katriina is fluent in Danish and English and proficient in Swedish and Norwegian.
