Earlier in her career, Kim Butler served as national director of people services and team effectiveness at a Fortune 500 health care services company. In her role she managed and directed leadership development and human resource operations for 28,000 employees. Her background also includes extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding, and new leader assimilation.
