Krista partners with her clients to drive organizational performance and change through business and talent solutions using an integrated offering to accelerate the impact and effectiveness of CEOs and C-Suite Executives on their organizations.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Krista was the National Director for an Educational firm. She was responsible for establishing a national housing program for international students seeking educational opportunities in the United States. She was instrumental in developing the administrative policies and procedures; training the managers; conflict management and served as the communication liaison between the organization’s CEO and clients’ leaders.
Prior to that, she worked for the Federal Government as the Director of Program Operations for the CFO of the Agency. She was responsible for managing staff and projects through numerous leadership transitions. She oversaw HR, Finance, Contracts and Grants, while maintaining continuity, positive workforce morale and efficient processes to meet and execute on the needs of incoming leaders. Her work as a program lead was recognized by government leaders throughout her career.
Her expertise includes organization and process creation, planning and analysis, conflict management and facilitation. She is valued by her colleagues for being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Krista earned her M.B.A degree from Washington Adventist University, Takoma Park, MD. Additionally, she earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Columbia Union College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization, Helping Our Families, Inc., located in Dayton, OH.
