La Tonya Woodson, PhD, CDP

Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion

La Tonya supports Korn Ferry’s internal D&I programs, develops global value propositions for business development and go-to-market strategies, and cascades KF thought leadership across client accounts, ensuring our TA SMEs have a point of contact for D&I-related strategies and goals. 

Previously, La Tonya was a leader at Korn Ferry supporting global marquee clients within the RPO business. Her responsibilities have focused on creating Diversity and Inclusion programming, as well as operationalizing client DE&I strategies and goals within talent acquisition. In addition, she has extensive previous experience in organizational development, employee engagement, training and development, and human resources management. She is certified in D&I, training and development and human resources management. 

La Tonya is also a course facilitator at Cornell University for their D&I certification program, as well as HR and Communication related programs. Her first co-authored book titled, Power Moms, was inspired by her multi-faceted experiences as a working mother and her second co-authored book, an Amazon #1 Best Seller titled, Black Women Speak Out: Stories of Racial Injustice in America, was inspired by the recent killings of unarmed Black Americans by police and hundreds of years racial injustice for people of color. 

La Tonya is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
