Mr. Nguyen advises leading French listed firms (CAC 40 and SBF 120), family-owned and state-owned companies, especially in key development times and turnaround situations.

Mr. Nguyen assists Top Management and Board/Remuneration Committees on executive compensation policies, employee rewards strategies, incentive plan design, considering people's new expectations, and focusing on both immediate effectiveness and sustainable decisions.

Mr. Nguyen began his career as a financial analyst at Societe Generale in Barcelona, before joining Peugeot SA Group where he acquired a deep expertise in Finance and Human Resources. Just prior to joining Korn Ferry, Laurent was Senior Director in charge of Executive Compensation for France in a consulting firm.

Mr. Nguyen graduated from ESCP Europe Business School.
