Ms. Brady brings over 20 years of global technology experience working with C-suite level executives and their teams shaping and driving talent management strategies, succession planning, and leadership development solutions that will accelerate business performance.
Ms. Brady's expertise comes from working within large-scale global company environments in talent management and HR leadership roles, both in the U.S. and Europe. She is highly skilled at aligning talent strategies with business strategies, driving high quality succession planning, leadership assessment, facilitation, and executive coaching. In addition, having lived and worked in multiple geographies, she brings a deep awareness to the challenges of operating across highly diverse global cultures.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Brady held multiple roles at HP and Philips, leading talent management globally across a range of business models in B2B and B2C environments. Ms. Brady's industry exposure includes IT, healthcare, and technology. She has held lead talent management roles for Philips' healthcare tech business and global functions for both HP and Philips. Her experience has provided unique depth on the talent challenges in key industries and in enterprise-level functions such as finance, HR, and legal.
Ms. Brady holds a master's in business administration from Boston University and a bachelor's degree from Williams College.
