Ms. Carty manages and sells products within the Global Products & Services (GPS) business. She focuses on understanding client's HR and business issues, build knowledge of all products and services available in the domain of pay (salary reviews, total compensation statements, etc.), talent (talent review, hi-potential detection, leadership development, etc.) and effectiveness (employee engagement and enablement) and identifies opportunities to introduce these products primarily through the strong relationship and account management.
Focusing on both small local and large international projects, Ms. Carty has expertise in supporting clients making use of products in the talent (leadership styles, organizational climate, and emotional intelligence) effectiveness and pay areas.
Ms. Carty received her dual bachelor degrees in psychology and performance and communication arts from St. Lawrence University.
