As a Senior Client Partner of GTM, she is committed to partnering with her clients, western multinational and homegrown Chinese, to deliver talent solutions including Executive Search, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, etc., that meet strategic and operational business imperatives. Maggie is a trusted advisor to her clients.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Maggie worked for another global well-known HR Management Consulting Firm for 15 years where she was Vice President and Business Leader. In that role, she headed the China team in strategic planning, developing new markets and productized solutions. She has extensive consulting experience in organization analysis, talent strategy, position evaluation, talent development and total rewards program design. In her earlier career, she worked for another famous HR Consulting Firm as Consultant and an HR Professional in a fortune 500 retail company. She is a frequent speaker on talent topics in various public events.
In 2017, Maggie has been awarded Top 10 HR Pioneer Award by Top HR.
Maggie holds her MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) Global Executive MBA Program, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Language from Shanghai International Studies University.
