Ms. Zielinska is a Business Psychologist and an Executive Coach with expertise in designing and delivering high impact, science driven solutions in the areas of leadership and talent development, diversity and inclusion, and assessment and succession.
She has worked extensively with a range of clients in both Europe and globally; designing and delivering bespoke assessment and development solutions at all organizational levels. Her clients include a range of global companies across different industries and sectors.
Her key areas of expertise include: leadership & talent assessment and development, coaching, talent management strategy, succession, diversity and inclusion, competency modelling, organisational audits, diagnostics and psychometric profiling.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Zielinska worked as a Senior Talent Consultant in IBM's Smarter Workforce Science and Consulting practice.
Ms. Zielinska is a Head of Korn Ferry's Diversity and Inclusion Solutions in EMEA and uses her passion and depth of expertise in this area to help clients drive their D&I agendas and foster the growth of their diverse talent. She regularly coaches diverse talent and senior leaders on becoming more inclusive and understanding challenges of traditionally underrepresented groups.
Her most recent assignments included working with a number of clients developing and coaching their senior leaders, advising executive teams on talent strategy and building an inclusive culture, developing and delivering programs targeted at advancing women in their leadership and a global inclusive leadership program for senior leaders.
Ms. Zielinska is a Principal Practitioner member of the Association for Business Psychology and is certified to use a range of psychometric instruments (ability and personality) including MBTI, OPI, Talent Q and KFALP among others.
