Ms. Paschoaletti has developed and implemented successful solutions in industry sectors including telecom and technology, logistics and transport, public administration, pharma, consumer, and distribution, among others.
With over fifteen years of experience in HR, including executive positions in technology, telecom and financial institutions, Ms. Paschoaletti has coordinated and developed projects of various service areas for different types of organizations. She works within the context of strategic management performance, integrated model of leadership development and succession plan, culture research, and organizational climate.
Ms. Paschoaletti's expertise lies in leadership development, including assessments and executive coaching, design of operational models and structures including role fit, quantitative sizing, and leadership assessments. She also has expertise in the design of corporate universities and educational academies as well.
Ms. Paschoaletti is a psychologist and holds a degree in leadership development from IMD (Madrid), management development from Dom Cabral and a graduate degree in human resources.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
