Ms. Daynes works in the areas of organizational and leadership effectiveness, helping clients identify the implications of change, as well as designing and facilitating both collective and individual interventions. She has worked with senior executives and senior managers of companies undergoing transformation such as mergers and acquisitions, globalization, and cultural transformation, to unleash the full potential of their people and develop greater collective effectiveness.
Ms. Daynes' expertise lies in the areas of organizational effectiveness, change management, team effectiveness, leadership development, capability assessment, talent management, coaching, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she spent seventeen years growing businesses and managing teams in international environments mainly in the retail sector. Her experience includes various management positions within sales and store operations, as well as recruitment, human resources (HR) development, and HR generalist functions.
Ms. Daynes received her diploma in clinical organizational psychology from INSEAD, her bachelor of arts from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and her accreditation in Competency Assessment and Development from Korn Ferry.
She is fluent in English and French, with conversational ability in Italian and Spanish.
