Mr. Dela Pena is managing the operations for a large FMCG RPO client solution in APAC. In this role, he is accountable for the regional account service delivery management for Asia Pacific & Greater China, including strategic and operational management of recruitment solutions not limited to projects and RPO service delivery.
Mr. Dela Pena ensures that the present solution is delivering all outcomes as specified in the client and stakeholder agreement as well as exceeding all expectations including continuous improvement initiatives in service offerings – sourcing methodology, process & technology to ensure ongoing sustainability of the operating model. He is also responsible for the development of product offerings, to include broader scope of services beyond candidate attraction.
Prior to his current role, he led the Manila Talent Delivery Centre team for Australia-New Zealand where he managed the quality of recruitment output to ensure performance and delivery for all projects including resource management and support to different regional solutions. Actively contributed to innovation & differentiation of KF service offerings and reinforcing the deep understanding of solutions within the TDC.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Dela Pena worked as an account operation lead for a leading RPO and MSP solutioning firm in Asia. He was responsible in managing multiple solutioning accounts in Australasia and APAC covering operations management, process improvement, solutions development, and account retention.
He has a bachelor in business education, Business and Distributive Arts.
