Matt is a driven leader who is equally adept at engaging customers and organizing resources to support them.  His breadth of interim staffing knowledge and expertise make him a welcome addition to the Korn Ferry organization. 

Throughout his career spanning 20 years, Matt has held roles within the Aerospace & Defense Sector ranging from managing recruiting and sales teams to his most recent position as the Chief Executive Officer of a leading staffing firm. 

Matt has successfully partnered with prominent OEMs, suppliers, and service providers, supporting a variety of programs and projects.  His diverse industry experience has made him a true subject matter expert in interim operations and fulfillment.   

Matt is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
