Senior Client Partner

Matt Crosby is a Senior Client Partner based at Korn Ferry's London office.

Matt has worked with a range of executive teams, helping clients clarify their strategy and execute it through the team and the business.

This has meant that he has helped many executive and senior teams to develop the conditions and characteristics to perform as a team and deliver on their goals.

He is the Managing Partner for Korn Ferry's Consumer practice across all lines of business in UK&I (Executive and Professional Search, Advisory, KF Digital, RPO).

He has worked internationally (EMEA, US and ASIA) and in the UK. Clients include RB, Diageo, L'Oreal, Heineken, Sky, Deliveroo,

Matt has lead numerous transformational projects, supporting clients to deliver a new / refreshed strategic ambition through business design, changes in ways of working and lead the implementation through all organisation levers: leadership, rewards, talent and culture.

He has worked on a range of executive team development engagements, helping teams clarify their strategy and become more effective as a team to drive performance and lead change. And has developed leaders across enterprises to innovate and drive change for growth and performance.

He has also lead significant culture change projects, defining the target culture and designing interventions that support and shift a clients culture to effectively support their strategy.

He has conducted this sort of work in a number of PE backed,  M&A and divestment settings.

Matt has an entrepreneurial background, having established or help establish a number of consulting and technology firms.

Matt has an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, Gonville and Caius College. He has also completed the Business Innovation and Growth Programme at Warwick Business School.
