Mr. Crosby works predominantly in the private sector in the area of organizational effectiveness and transformation. He has worked within the insurance, commercial and consumer banking, telecommunciations, retail, and consumer products industries.
He previously led Korn Ferry's retail and consumer portfolio. In previous positions, he helped the UK board design and deliver a new operating model in response to a changing commercial, regulatory, and customer environment. The work included a complete organizational re-design and transforming their strategic performance cascade and performance management capabilities.
As an organizational effectiveness consultant Mr. Crosby seeks to link the strands of organizational change: from structures, processes and management systems to leadership, culture and values, and performance climate. He has worked on a range of senior/top team engagements, helping clients clarify their strategy and execute it through the team and the business.
Mr. Crosby has a degree in politics and philosophy from Bristol University, and an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, Gonville and Caius College. He has also completed the business innovation and growth program at Warwick Business School.
