Ms. Tang owns more than 20 years working experience in management consulting.

Ms. Tang has provided professional services in the areas of corporate strategies, leadership development, operational optimisation, HR management, change management, and IT planning etc. to large multinational companies, local enterprises and governmental organisations in Australia, China and other APAC markets.

Ms. Tang is specialised in helping organisations to shape business models, define transformation strategy, streamline talent management processes, and facilitate their leaders to unleash the full potential in a rapidly changing business environment. She has established insights of healthcare and pharmaceuticals, high technology, utilities and energy, automobile, fast moving consumer goods, retail, and financial services industries.

Ms. Tang has extensive experiences in designing and delivering leadership assessment and development programs to best accommodate the clients' needs. She is very passionate about making a positive impact to leaders at different levels (senior executive/middle level/front line) to help them reach their career best.

APAC Emerging Leaders Development Program at Fortune 500 Global Healthcare Company, including assessments on both competency and potential, 9-months one-on-one coaching, workshops facilitation, action learning for about 20 senior leaders for 5 years (still continue year by year).  

Executives Selection Program at Fortune 500 Chinese Technology Company, including competency modelling, assessments on competency and potential, panel interviews, and one-on-one feedback sessions for 45 candidates from China and the US.

Senior Executives Leadership Development Program at Fortune 500 Chinese Fasting Moving Consumer Goods  Company for 30 VPs with diverse cultural background and professional experiences for 9 months.
