Senior Vice President, Global Head of Client Success & Advocacy, KF Digital

Michaela Kulbartz is the Global Leader for Client Success and Advocacy in the Korn Ferry Digital organization. She is based out of the Philadelphia office.

In her role, she is accountable for client success across the customer life cycle including pre-sales, delivery excellence and delivering customer value for Korn Ferry’s Digital portfolio. She drives successful deployments for large scale engagements in strong collaboration with Advisory Consulting, Marquee account leaders and RPO to foster a unified engagement approach for One Korn Ferry.

Michaela is an accomplished Business Technology Leader and brings over 25 years of experiences with SAP and the SAP eco system to Korn Ferry, engaging with international customers across industries. She held various leadership positions, most recently leading the Transformation Advisory Office and Services Sales to support SAP’s top tier strategic customers and account teams through their Digital transformation journey and drive adoption of SAPs innovation platform, Cloud solutions and Digital Business Services.

She has been instrumental in building SAP’s Custom Development and Innovative Solution Practice, the SAP Global Account Program, and had various roles in Product Development, Consulting and  Enterprise Sales across the globe.

Michaela is passionate in bringing diverse teams together across development, product management, consulting and sales to structure and solve complex business transactions. She is an expert in transforming organizations, co-innovating with customers and global enterprise engagements. She likes traveling and exploring different countries and cultures with her husband and 2 boys.

Michaela holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the Cooperative State University in Mannheim, Germany.

She is fluent in English and German.
