As one of the leading experts in Executive Pay and Governance in Germany Mr. Bursee has provided consulting services for a large number of international and national clients.

He works closely with the supervisory and executive board as well as HR and line management executives in order to identify and implement customized reward solutions.

Mr. Bursee has worked with senior management teams across various industries, e.g. automotive, technology, life science, media or logistics.

Mr. Bursee has focused on senior executive rewards, corporate governance and performance management for the last 17 years. With more than 24 years of experience in consulting and 10 years as an academic lecturer and writer Mr. Bursee brings in state of the art know-how and creativity.

Mr. Bursee 's areas of expertise comprise corporate governance, strategic leadership, executive reward strategy, Long Term Incentive design, performance management, compensation analysis and pay benchmarking, pensions and benefits.

Mr. Bursee leads the German Executive Pay & Governance practice of Korn Ferry in Germany and Austria.

Before joining Korn Ferry in 2017, Mr. Bursee led the Executive Reward practice for one of the major global consultancies in the field. Prior, he built up and led the Executive Reward practice of Kienbaum Management Consultants.

Mr. Bursee holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Hamburg University as well as a Ph.D. He is also a professor for Human Resources at FOM University of applied Science, Essen.

He speaks German and English.
