Senior Principal, Organization Strategy

Molly Glennen is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry Advisory Services, based in the Firm’s San Francisco office. She is a member of Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategy practice focusing on Talent Strategy and Culture Transformation as well as the CEO Succession practice.

Ms. Glennen brings more than 15 years of consulting and coaching expertise in the areas of learning and development, sales consulting, change management, and culture transformation.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Glennen spent time with Gartner Consulting, Slalom Consulting and BayGroup International creating maturity models, benchmark products, and instilling best practice behaviors for clients. 

Ms. Glennen brings to the Firm a wealth of consulting experience focusing on the people and culture in global organizations to help companies and leaders develop and improve their organizational performance.

Ms. Glennen has extensive experience working with technology and sales organizations providing talent strategy, learning and development, leadership development, sales training, change management, and culture transformation.

Ms. Glennen has a B.A. in History and Cultural Studies from the University of Redlands and J.D., M.A. in English (Honors) from the University of Kansas. Ms. Glennen is certified in mediation and multiple sales and coaching programs.

In addition to making a difference with her clients, Ms. Glennen is committed to giving to her community and volunteers with local organizations focused on women's health, K-12 education, and food security.
