Mr. Kato has over 15 years experience in human resource management consulting and has wide range of expertise. He especially has rich experiences in planning and implementing reward management system, including executive compensation and employee compensation covering base salary management , bonus/variable pay system and company pension. He has also delivered numerous leadership development projects including leadership competency modeling and assessment.
He worked for Citizen, Deloitte Consulting, and Hitachi Consulting before joining Korn Ferry in 2007.
He obtained Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of Hitotsubashi.
