Ms. Nassar has extensive experience on talent strategy and organizational alignment, board and CEO services and succession management.
For nearly 30 years, she has assisted major international corporations faced with challenges in their strategy and organization. She has advised CEO and C-suite executives on the organizational, cultural and human implications of their strategic decisions, supporting them on designing and implementing organizational models, enhancing effective executive team dynamic, and driving leadership development and talent strategy.
Ms. Nassar exercises her profession with passion, discipline, courage and caring. She brings a holistic vision to human systems and is particularly attentive to the individual and collective development of the teams she supports. She positions her interventions as special moments of dialogue and challenge aimed at making leaders and their organizations more successful.
Ms. Nassar joins Korn Ferry from a global management consulting firm where she served as Senior Partner. Earlier in her career Ms. Nassar developed her skills in consulting at MID, a French strategy and operational performance consulting firm. The company was then acquired by Mercer Management Consulting, the consulting branch of U.S.-based Marsh McLennan companies.
In addition to her professional duties she mentors HEC alumni managers in their reorientation efforts.
Nathalie Nassar graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and is a MBTI qualified practitioner.
