From 2008 until 2014 Neda was General Manager of Hay Group Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) - which became the Korn Ferry part in December 2015 - and her key objective was to ensure development of the business and working with the major regional players to promote the company’s services and reinforce company’s image on the Baltics market. At the same time Neda managed a number of major projects outside the Baltics states and worked with a wide range of clients in the commercial and public segments in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
After relocating from Vilnius (Lithuania) to Moscow in August 2014 Neda had the role of expertise leader ensuring knowledge transfer, introduction and maintenance of quality standards in work measurement expertise area, team manager in advisory division and she was supporting sales and delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Mrs. Songin-Vatoline experience of working with clients is closely related to her role as business developer first in the Baltic counties, and later in Russia and CIS. Thus she has a vast experience of working with the big telecom; logistics and transport; financial companies and also companies of extractive industry in Baltic Countries, Russia, Ukraine and other countries of the former USSR.
One of Mrs. Songin-Vatoline’s latest successful projects is implementation of a reward system for the Central Bank of Lithuania, and further for the Kazakhstan government, number of reward system implementation projects in Energy sector in Lithuania, job grading system in VTB Insurance in Russia, Otkrytie Bank, and top management remuneration system in Sheremetyevo International Airport in Russia.
Neda is an expert in work measurement and reward management as an integrated part of projects, focused on accomplishment of complex business objectives. She has also an extensive experience in organizational diagnostics and some experience in assessment of leadership potential.
Mrs. Songin-Vatoline holds PhD degree in Sociology obtained in Russian Academy of Sciences, Saint Petersburg affiliate of the Institute of Sociology in 2000. She also holds a Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration (EMBA), obtained in 2010 in the Baltic Management Institute in Vilnius.
