Orla is part of Korn Ferry’s EMEA Organisational Strategy team. Orla has been working in the business transformation space for the past decade with experience across Financial Services, HR, Utilities and Technology.
Orla is very interested in the people impact of change and enjoys delivering successful change through co-creating change journeys & understanding the complexities and objectives of each individual client organisation.
Orla specialises in operating model and complex change management, including change planning & delivery, implementation tracking and end-to-end process design. She has experience in business readiness, end-to-end learning & training, communications, diversity & inclusion strategy, employee experience and talent strategy.
Along with programme and project delivery Orla has supported clients in planning for organisational change through designing solutions including Future of Work, HRIS RFP development, and learning & development related proposals.
Orla joined Korn Ferry from a leading management consultancy firm where she was a Manager in the Talent & Organisation | Human Potential practice. Prior to this Orla held the role of Head of People Operations in Irish SaaS company Teamwork.com throughout the company’s initial high-growth, scale-up phase.
Orla holds a BCL (Law) Degree from University College Cork, and a Master of Laws Degree from Trinity College Dublin, a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business Growth and an M.Sc. in International Business Development, both from Michael Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin. Orla recently completed the Scaled Agile SAFe Scrum Master certification and is currently completing the CIPD Intermediate Diploma in HR Management.
